So many times in life, I find myself thinking that I am not good enough, that I am not pretty enough, and wondering why I can’t look like a model in a magazine. After watching this video, it really helped me see that if I want to look like a model, then that means that I would be okay with looking like a fake person. The social media plays such a strong role in eating disorders and effects the way we feel about ourselves constantly. Every ad you see, every billboard you pass, is playing subconscious mind games with you. We have to realize these models are not attainable, but that we are perfect just the way we are. The models should strive to be like us, real people, than the opposite way around. So get out there today and try and accept yourself for all the amazing and wonderful…
