He claims no bragging rights,
‘Cause critics have him in their sights…
But to tell
What “little’s” done well,
Might be more of handy insights.
Colored pencils brought to mind,
A poorly-run business line…
A tough market endured,
He gave it a try for a time.
Only two portraits painted,
The recipient of one nearly fainted…
In laughter wrought–
The painting was not
Anatomically correct, but tainted!
In painting his ex-girlfriend,
Who married another by then…
The wrong shaped breasts,
Were taken with good humor…ahem!
Most successful of his toils,
Then portraits of men and “goils”…
Was to write
Keeps him from emotional boils!
